About The Role Green by Nature, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a BDM at Green by Nature, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends. Analyse market conditions and competitors to develop strategies for business growth.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with Green by Nature's offerings.Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling and customized proposals for potential clients. Ensure that proposals address client needs and showcase Green by Nature's unique value proposition.Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and working towards mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and ensure smooth transition to the delivery team.Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Provide valuable insights from the field to inform strategic decision-making.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to the leadership team. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Requirements Contacts in the commercial sector is a preference.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Why Join Us?
