Harnessing the power of generative AI, this product is already in the door of some of NZ's most well known brands. With a focus on continued growth and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales pro to continue the charge with a highly strategic approach. We're wanting to ensure all doors and avenues within new and existing enterprise level organisations are being properly mapped out and explored. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, results driven and will have strong B2B sales experience under their belt – ideally at enterprise level. Working across the full sale cycle, our dream candidate will utilise their network to map the market, make targeted introductions, collaborate with our marketing and SDR team before managing the entire processes from pitch to close. Post-sales retention and account growth will mean you'll continue to develop and deepen your relationship with your clients. Key responsibilities: Your day to day will see you utilising your ability to strategically market map and engage your network to identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the businesses strategic goals and message. Using your background in enterprise sales, you will have the persistence and know how to go after the big accounts, securing the meetings and delivering quality value proposition to covert sales. Utilise your knowledge of the market to identify potential trends, competitors and opportunities – be light on your feet and quick to adapt. Learn the ins and outs of our software so you can pitch, present and communicates its value proposition to new clients. Lead negotiations, manage the day to day communications with your clients, share their feedback with internal teams, understand who else in their organisation should be using this product. The scope of your sales opportunity will be both across New Zealand and Australia, so having an understanding of working and mapping international markets is a bonus! Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers to nurture our existing businesses, and spread the message of our challenger product. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing collateral for your prospects and clients. Keep a keen eye on your numbers through regular reporting and effective CRM management. About you: Proven track record in B2B, SaaS or / and enterprise sales (3+ years) with a strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and account development You'll be driven to join a start-up, you'll want the hustle, the fast pace and high change environment – this will excite you, not terrify you!! You have the confidence a quality, consultative sales person needs – but you leave your ego at the door.
