The role:As a territory sales manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads/ Negotiating contracts and closing deals. Providing excellent customer service and support. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Reporting on sales performance and market trends. Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector. Willing to travel regularly around New Zealand, to visit existing and future clients. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset. A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability. Proficiency in MS Office
