They are looking for a seasoned Business Development & Sales Manager with a comprehensive understanding of Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), coupled with strong business development, sales, and account management skills.Responsibilities:Possess in-depth knowledge of the said industries in the APAC region, incumbent with experience in ASEAN and South Korea areas have priority considerations.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's footprint within the specified markets.Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, aligning with organizational objectives.Formulate and implement effective B2B sales strategies, employing a consultative and solution-oriented approach.Work with Marketing and project team through the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.Utilize market insights to position products and services competitively.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.Qualifications:Experience with dealings with South Korean Consumer Electronics and/or Telecommunications businesses is a plus.Knowledge in the ASEAN and APAC business landscapeMinimum 2 year's work experience in related markets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; with Business Development experience.
