Business Development Executive

Note that this position is based in Bangkok, Thailand! Job responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the investigation and analysis of the car loan market, understand the local market conditions, policies and regulations and competition pattern, and provide decision support for business development. 2. Expand and maintain partnerships, including banks, financial institutions, automobile dealers, evaluation agencies, etc., to establish stable business cooperation. 3. Developed and implemented marketing strategies and promotion plans for auto loan business to enhance brand awareness and market share. 4. Follow up the project progress, coordinate internal resources, and ensure the smooth realization of business objectives. 5. Maintain customer relationship, handle customer complaints and disputes, and improve customer satisfaction. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or marketing is preferred. 2. More than 2 years of experience in auto loan business or related fields, familiar with the local market and business process. 3. Strong ability in market analysis, business negotiation and customer relationship management. 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct cross-cultural communication and business negotiations. 5. Have a strong team spirit and the ability to work under pressure, can adapt to the fast-paced working environment.
