Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Jarden in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a part-time Associate, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through innovative strategies and project management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and dedication to their work.

Responsibilities:- Research and identify new business opportunities- Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales- Energetic and hardworking personality traits- Strong project management and innovation skills- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
