In this assignment a VSA Volunteer will provide support to the Lafaek team that have an excellent track record in the development of social behaviour change materials for many years, however, they need business support to effectively commercialize the current and future products and services. An important focus of the assignment will be to establish and further develop the Lafaek social enterprise as an effective and sustainable business to secure the long-term future of the project's essential contributions to Timorese society. In addition, the VSA volunteer will be expected to support and enhance the skills and knowledge of the current team in business development and management.
