A passion for people and a strong proven background in sales Strong sporting and player networks Confident working autonomously to achieve targets & KPIs Experience in cold calling and prospecting new business leads Skilled at implementing action plans to drive sales and customer engagement As our Business Development Advisor - Sports, you will be out in the 'field', working with local, regional and national sporting organisations and players associations to prospect and build relationships to promote BCITO qualifications to sportspeople as a career choice, alongside their sport or post-sporting career. We are passionate about building the people who build New Zealand and helping apprentices become valuable contributors to New Zealand's building and construction industry.
