Lead Business Line budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure accuracy & timely submission of order booksDevelop and monitor a balanced set of KPIs reflecting all aspects of the Business Line's performance, ensuring early identification of issues as well as outcomesAdvise and implement process improvement measures on resource allocation, invoicing process, revenue recognition, expense booking and other management reporting related issuesCollaborate on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with the company business models. Monitor all active bank guaranteesManage audit queries from Internal and External AuditorsPartners with Business Line Management, develop strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvementDevelop and maintain costing models to ensure that cost drivers are understood and activities are priced to recover their true cost.
