Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) Our client is the statutory agency that operates the registration process, regulates, and assesses the competence of their skilled and technical professionals. They are looking for someone to join their team who prides themselves on working collaboratively and want someone to contribute to their professional and welcoming culture.  This is a newly created, 7 month fixed-term role which will see as well as working closely with the Chief Executive to review and reform organisational processes with a particular emphasis on the registration process. In the context of a small organisation, you will also be helping support the registration function during peak periods. This is a full-time, 7 month fixed-term contract starting immediately. The core hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday-Friday.  Your role will include a diverse workload and will see you: Review organisational systems and processes Take ownership of the registration function operational improvements workplan  Support and offer advice to the registrations panel Identify and develop workplans  Support and work with the Chief Executive on the continuous improvement of process relating to registrations.  Support the registration Coordinator during periods of high workload. Ideal skills and experience required for the role are: A passion for solving problems Experienced in working across a registration function Comfortable working in a small organisation where everyone needs to chip in Skilled in identifying and making process improvements Proven track record in a regulatory environment or for a membership organisation  Able to clearly map out, define and advise on process improvements Strong experience with most office technology  Motivated and self-managing  Able to develop concise, easy-to-understand and timely workplans.
