Contribute to positive change within Fire and Emergency New Zealand. As part of the Eke Taumata programme, the Business Analyst will work with a wide range of stakeholders across Fire and Emergency to effectively gather, analyse and present information. You will compile clear and concise information for a wide audience to enable the programme to be successful.
This is a fixed term position through to 24 December 2024. Ko tau na i tenei turanga - What you'll bring to the role: We are looking for someone adaptable with the drive to keep this programmes momentum while working across multiple workstreams. You will have excellent attention to detail along with your excellent track record providing business analyst expertise support and guidance.
Bring your broad skillset and experience working within fast paced project environments, exposure to working within HR or Policy would be desirable. Your interest in supporting change will be an advantage. Being able to translate data and themes into cohesive statements for the programme team to utilise and oversee document/policy mapping will be a key component to the role.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will: Strong understanding of the machinery of governmentProven experience as an analyst, where you have collected reconciled and summarised complex informationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create visual models, and use the necessary business analyst tools and methodsThe salary range for this role is $95,096 - $105,662 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
