Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for your next opportunity? Victoria University is looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for delivering high-quality web and digital marketing projects.
To succeed in this role, you will need a customer centric approach and a desire to make a difference. You will have the confidence to work both independently and on team projects.
You will ideally have at least five years' experience helping to deliver web or digital marketing solutions including the implementation of new software solutions. Ideally, you will also have hands on experience with designing and undertaking user research and user acceptance testing. Experience with data integrations projects would also be useful.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines and have some experience managing projects. You will have a track record in maintaining strong relationships inside and outside of your team.
No day will be exactly the same but you will undertake user research, help develop requirements and ensure solutions contribute to the success of transformative projects. As the team contains developers and content experts, you will be involved in projects right through until the solution is launched.
Victoria's Communications, Marketing and Engagement Group leads the University's internal and external marketing, communications, websites, alumni relations, publishing and events initiatives. The group communicates with more than 2,000 staff, 22,000 current students, more than 110,000 alumni and a diverse range of external stakeholders including prospective students.
This is a full-time permanent position.
