Capture and consolidate business requirements from people throughout the business. Analyse and validate these requirements against existing business processes and systems. Perform gap analysis and design solutions that will deliver the outcomes required. Define project, scope, benefits and outcomes. Translate technical and business terms, ensuring alignment on goals. Required skills: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with experience across Technology and SDLC desirable. Demonstrated experience in gathering and evaluating business requirements and capabilities. Experience supporting testing activities including UAT. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience across knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
