Identifying, analysing and defining customer requirements
Strong understanding of software delivery
Eliciting and translating business and technical information

Experience with software Product Ownership
Excellent personal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Translating business needs into requirements that the development team can design and write software for
Managing user request processes and prioritising the features backlog
Full understanding customer requirements, and what needs to be done to achieve them
Completing some software release documentaion
Training customers in the use of the software
