The purpose of the role is to lead, manage, and deliver projects that involve organisational and operational step change. This Analyst is a critical role within the Programme Office team (which may be a virtual team at times, depending on the changing needs of the Trust). This role reports directly to the Programme Manager, and will work alongside broader team members; Architects, Change Managers, Business, System, Security, Application, and Test Analysts, Suppliers and other Visionwest staff to deliver successful projects.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months and majorly focusing on IT. We would also consider a contractor for this role. Some Key Responsibilities Identifying business requirements against strategic objectives, performing detailed analysis of business processes, developing optimisation strategies, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.Performing requirements analysis.Ensuring solutions (processes, systems, and people) meet business needs and requirements.Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to staff on project deliverables.Proactively driving the simplification and automation of processes. Uphold security of information and confidentiality at all times.Optimised business processes and practices. Qualifications and Experience A relevant tertiary level qualification.Professional Certification as, or significant progress towards being certified as a BA. Examples being, PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of Systems Analysis and/or Business Analysis experience.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.High level computer competency.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
