Within Data & Digital, the team is avaried team with responsibility for developing and maintaining ServiceNow. Our day-to-day tasks involve system health checks, resolving Level 2/3enquiries, system upgrades, query writing, requirements gathering andcoordinating service and system improvements.

You will responsible for: The maintenance andimprovement of clinical and business systems including setup,configuration, support and performance.Analysing requirementsand turning these into clear documentation for development andimplementation.Identifyingopportunities to eliminate or mitigate recurring issues and processimprovement.Managing theapplication to ensure high quality, consistent and effective service.Analytical,multitasking, organisational and project management skills.Great communication(oral and written) and interpersonal skills.Ability to confidentlyand actively contribute to team and stakeholder meetings.Understanding of thesystems/software development lifecycle, programming, system design, ITinfrastructure and database concepts.Preferably 3+ years ITindustry experience with 2 years in a Business Analyst role.A tertiary levelqualification in Business, Science, Information Services, Engineering or arelated field is preferable.ITIL certification andknowledge of ITSM or HR processes is advantageous."Ko ngatangata, te matua mahi - Puttingpeople at the heart of all we do" We arecommitted to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles by ensuring ourpartnership with Maori are at the forefront of all our conversations.
