My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for the collaborative development of Information Technology solutions to support company strategic and operational requirements. As a BA you will be the front line to the business and understands core business processes, functions and systems at
a deep level and works with internal and external stakeholders in the support of applications, providing high quality delivery.
DUTIES
Gather and validate requirements for customer software products, business systems and business process changes from internal and external customers.
Communicate requirements to the team to ensure understanding, using appropriate and effective techniques
Validate product designs with stakeholders and customers to ensure that they meet expectations.
Play an active role in user group and business reference group meetings to ensure full involvement in and understanding of internal and external customer needs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Relevant tertiary qualification (IT or management related) or equivalent experience.
Experience and knowledge of requirements-gathering techniques (e.g. structured questioning).
Experience in business systems analysis techniques and methods (including modelling techniques).
Expert problem solving skills, with the ability to consider the wider business context.
Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
Awareness and understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile and SAFe.
Strong preference will be given to those who have experience working in SAP ECC & CRM systemBENEFITS
