Details of the offer

Our clients are looking for a part-time administrative superstar to join their team and support their large farming operation based out of Te Puke. The objective of this role is to support the farm's General Manager with key tasks, keeping everything orderly and delivering on time.

The business owns and operates six dairy farms and three drystock farms. A background in agriculture and farming would be beneficial to this role.

Key responsibilities of the position include:
Assisting with production of financial and productivity reports (collating information provided by the on-farm teams).Assisting with and maintaining the required farm compliance for health and safety, audits and records.Assisting with stock records and reconciliation.Communicating with key service providers and handling general office correspondence.Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
The ideal applicant will:
Have a proven history of producing collated reports.Have precision in managing financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of compliance records and reports.Take pride in having a well organised work environment.Have a keen eye for detail.
The applicant must reside in the local area and work in the farm office.
