ORACLE EUROPEAN SERVICES Limited in Auckland is currently recruiting for the position of a Financial/ Accounts/ Office Administrator.The suitable candidate will require 36 months of business/ retail/ sales management/ administration experience.Duties and Responsibilities include:Maintain and update financial recordsAccounts reconciliationBankingVerifying transactionsPreparing and following up on invoices and quotesDrafting quotationsDrafting emails upon instruction of Director and Workshop Managerfinancial accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable.Invoicing, and reconciling transactions.Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processesSupport the management team as required in financial managementManaging all documentation.Managing all documentation relation to suppliersAccounts & Office management.Shortlisted candidates will be contract for phone interviews.Job type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: $30 - $32 based on experience, exposure and the profile of the candidate.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 32 per weekSchedule:8 hour shift#J-18808-Ljbffr
