We are seeking to immediately appoint a highly driven and experienced Building Consents Administrator to join our team. As an administrator you'll be responsible for the preparation, application, and coordination of all building consents and associated documentation for our Nelson region. In this specialised administration role, your duties will include: Providing general support to our Building team. Coordinating inspection bookings. Coordinating and issuing responses to customer enquiries. Processing applications for Certificate of Public Use and Code of Compliance Certifications. Your strong oral and written communication skills will ensure your success in interacting with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Excellent time-management and organisational skills Knowledge of reporting and proficiency with MS Office Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams Experience with consent coordination, knowledge of building terminology and experience working in a regulatory environment is preferred, but not essential.
