Builders Labourer & Carpenters Assistant

DNS Maintenance Limited is a building and maintenance company which had been incorporated in 2010. Currently, we operate in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, and Whangarei maintaining residential and commercial properties.  Due to the continuous growth of the company we have multiple opportunities across all 4 regions available.  Key responsibilities Assist the carpenter and/or builder Loading and unloading building and construction materials, tools and equipment and transporting them around building sites. Erecting and repairing structures and facilities on building and construction sites. Dismantling temporary structures such as barricades and scaffolding. Carrying out light carpentry and/or building and installation tasks. Cutting timber and lumber to specified dimensions. Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments. To be considered for this role you will need:   Previous experience in carpentry and/or building is advantageous. Reliable Fit, strong and able to lift heavy loads A positive and enthusiastic team member Good communication skills All applicants must have a valid drivers license.
