Within this role you will be involved in:
Preparation of expressions of interest and project proposals,Assisting clients in the preparation of design briefs for projects including preliminary programming and estimates,The preparation of fee estimates and the negotiation of fees for services with clients, ensuring that projects operate on a profitable basis,Carrying out design, investigation and documentation in accordance with the project brief,Project reporting and job progress reporting.The successful candidate for this position will be:
A chartered professional engineer or working towardsHave proven experience in Bridge designExperience with local standards, design codes, legislation and practicesHave an ability to work independentlyHold the ability to manage projects efficientlyKnowledge of earthquake engineering design & implementationAlliance/Design & Construct experience is preferred. They have a focused training, networking and mentoring programme that assists staff in continuing professional development and leadership development programme.
