Bricklayers Wanted

Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland-based company and become a part of a great team. United NZ Limited seeks Bricklayers. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:·         Understand building plans and drawings to determine materials dimensions and installation procedures.·         Laying bricks in rows designs and shapes and spreading mortar between joints.·         Embedding blocks in mortar and removing excess mortar.·         Checking vertical and horizontal alignment.·         Cutting shaping and polishing stones and bricks using machines and hand tools and shaping bricks to fit irregular spaces.·         Repairing and maintaining bricks cement blocks and related structures.·         Designing and cutting monumental masonry and lettering.·         Constructing walls using stone slabs and large masonry slab blocks.Suitable candidates should have:·        At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the same field or a relevant qualification may substitute for the work experience.·        Having good knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements.·        Be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests should need to be.·         Be physically fit.If you are a proactive person and a great team player please send your CV and any support qualifications or work experience reference to ******
