We are looking for 3 xBrewery Techniciansto join our packaging team in Lidcombeon apermanent, full-time 40hours per weekbasis. This could be your first role in the brewing industry, where you'll bring some fresh perspective to the team from a different manufacturing environment, or you could already be in the industry; we're open-minded! Please note that this role operates (24/7) across a three-shift rotation between morning (6am -2pm), afternoon (2pm- 10pm), and night shifts (10pm – 6am). During peak production periods, you might be required to work 12-hour shifts for 3 or 4 days per week. You must be available for all three shift patterns across the week including weekend. Some of the skills you will bring to the role: Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.Professionalism, productivity and passion.Team player mentality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Some of the things you'll be doing in the role: Operating packaging equipment and ensuring safety, quality, cost and productivity targets are achieved.Assist with performing quality checks and maintaining standards.Be involved in process improvement and innovation at the Brewery.Be an ambassador of safety within the Brewery.
