Job Description

Assist in all brewhouse operations, including but not limited to the following:
Operation of a four vessel 50 bbl brew system
Support the brewhouse
Yeast pitching
CIP of brew vessels
Raw material stocking
Cellar operations not limited to tank CIP's, transfers, dry hopping, etc.
Participation in 10 Barrel-specific events.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Post-secondary brewing education preferred.
Comfortable using computers and proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills.
