Breakfast Chef

Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Breakfast Chef to join Oaks Wellington Hotel. Responsibilities Include: Preparing ingredients to use in cooking Cook delicious meals Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Keep the kitchen organized and clean Qualifications To be successful you will have: 2+ years experience in a similar position Solid knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods Excellent communication skills Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking Availability to work morning shifts across a 7 day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays) Additional Information Competitive hourly rate 50% discounts on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in AUS and NZ. 20% team member's friend and family discount on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New Zealand Additional paid leave including Birthday and Study leave.
