What the role involves:
Reporting to the KFC Director of Marketing, this is a great opportunity to workin a fast-paced environment and implement KFC's brand strategy. The KFC BrandManager is accountable for the development and delivery of the KFC marketing planand projects to achieve a commercially successful outcome.
Assist the Director of Marketing and wider KFC team to leverage and adapt the brand marketing strategy and calendar to achieve planned sales and profit targetsConduct research to inform new product launches and promotionsCalendar Management: Implement pods, new product launches, programmes and Through The Line communications; Includes bundle and sales forecasting recommendationsManage day to day implementation of 360 media strategy to ensure best use of media investment and brand growthEffectively track marketing and product performance; gather consumer insights and analyse program effectiveness. Share findings with company leadership and other departments and integrate into future marketing initiatives.Manage relationships with our agency village to develop highly effective communications and programmes.. Work collaboratively with YUM! marketing teams and the KFC calendar team.Build strong relationships and effective communications with the field to ensure success of marketing programmes.Role model Restaurant Brands and Marketing Team values and behavioursSkills and experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), FMCG, retail or similar industriesProven experience managing external advertising agenciesDemonstrated skills in business management, budgeting, planning and reporting, combined with the ability and agility to engage key decision makers and drive strategyStrong business acumen and be commercially minded – comfortable using data, understands cost drivers, evaluates opportunities, and builds on any learningsSound relationship management – builds and maintains positive relationships and works effectively with all internal key stakeholders and agency village.Strong planning and time-management ability to efficiently deal with multiple competing prioritiesExperience with digital marketing including social media platformsProficient user of MS Office products, including Excel, Word & PowerPointTertiary qualification with a marketing major preferredAdvanced written and oral communication skillsWhat we can offer:
