The Role: CablePrice has a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the leadership team in the position ofBranch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a personable professional who brings excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, lead and grow our successfully busy team in our Timaru Branch. Reporting to the South Island Operations Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of the branch business plans that align with the Company's strategic goals as well as overall branch performance.
Responsibilities include: Plan, lead, organise and control the branch activities to achieve the branch budgetsDevelop and support Service and Parts sales strategiesContribute to local sales strategies to increase company market shareLeadership, Staff Development and Employee RelationsCommunicates and drives the dealership values, principles, vision and missionCommunicates with other Branch and Functional Managers to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organisationLeading Health and Safety and ownership of our Health and Safety processes and reporting whilst providing ongoing advice to manage risks to the people and the business.The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience, a customer-centric approach to operations management and valuecontinuous improvement, as well as: Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skillsFinancial Analytical skills to ensure revenue and profitability targets are metPrevious senior leadership experience in dealership operations is preferredStrong ability to lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams and peopleExperience in leading Health and Safety and ownership of our Health and Safety processes and reporting whilst providing ongoing advice to manage risks to the people and the business.In return, we are offering: An attractive and competitive remuneration packageCommitted to ensuring that employees are developed and highly skilled.
