This role is a leadership role within Operational network of NZ Leisure Limited.The position is responsible for:Leading, coaching and managing the team of 3 staff membersDeliver an outstanding customer experience and ensure that our NPS results are maintained at the high standard we are used to! Our customer is at the heart of everything we do.Be hands on right from processing customer transactions, making reservations to completing all fleet requirements within the branch.Ensure we have a quality driven, efficient service at our operations.Focusing on our fleet being managed in a proactive way and that systems are utilised appropriately to keep track of fleet movements and availability.Work with peer Branch Managers and the Network Manager to instill an excellent standard of Ezi Car Leadership and people management.Monitor and manage operating costs and sales targets and continuously drive branch performance and increase revenue.Create a strong learning and development culture through ongoing and continuous coaching, mentoring and support for branch staffDesign and improve our systems and processes to best support the staff and branch operations.Responsible for managing Health & Safety within the Invercargill staff as per Company H & S policies and procedures.Manage all people functions for the branch.About youTo apply for the role, ideally you should have experience in a leadership role, either in the car rental industry or perhaps a similarly relatable industry with a sales and customer experience focus.
