Position Overview: As the Branch Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with quantity surveyors, Civils, Hydrovac, Electrical (Signals- Streetlighting) Network Distribution, and Traffic Management managers, ensuring seamless project implementation from conception to turnkey completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team to achieve project goals. Collaborate with quantity surveyors for accurate project estimations and budget oversight. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within established timelines and quality standards. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders for effective communication. Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Monitor project financials, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within budget constraints. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for branch growth. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven leadership experience in the construction industry, preferably in electrical and civil projects. Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships. Knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices. Understanding of electrical and civil construction processes and standards. Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and adapt to changing project requirements. Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in New Zealand. Education and Experience: Proven experience in a management role within the construction industry.
