Branch Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Profitable sales of products.
Management and achievement of budgeted targets
Training and development and direction of staff
Development of business relationships with new and existing customers
Strict Health and Safety procedures and compliance
High standards of store presentation

Proven skills and experience in retail sales
Excellent people, communication and business management skills
Strong customer relationship skills
An enthusiastic self-starter attitude and some knowledge of tyres (desirable)
Automotive experience could be an advantage
