THE OPPORTUNITY Our Cromwell Branch is a perfect fit for a hands on leader to help us continue our exciting regional growth. As an exceptional people and project manager, you will be recognised for your ability to create great outcomes for our customers while supporting a broad base of contractors and developing a strong team.  
Your team will look to you for support and guidance, giving you the opportunity to positively influence outcomes whilst also rolling up your sleeves to pitch in when an extra pair of hands is needed. You are simply dynamic in everything you do.
Engaging customers, staff and contractors with your charismatic style you'll be well thought of as an approachable leader and someone who meets and exceeds expectations. You'll bring to the table strong practical and problem solving skills, and the ability to lead a team focussed on providing great service.
