Branch Manager

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

Leading, motivating and developing a team of 7
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure continued market leadership
Ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered daily by you and your team
Providing leadership in sales activities and ensuring the sales team achieve their agreed objectives and sales targets
Growing our market share and ensuring the Branch is highly competitive and attractive in the market
Monitoring and managing operating costs and sales targets

Ability to develop and manage a team
Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
Sales and/or relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen
Market awareness and also a good grasp of basic accounting and warehousing tasks
A sound knowledge of the electrical industry or wholesaling is essential
