Realty Group Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) A fantastic opportunity has become available to support our top performing Sales Team as a Branch Administrator. If you are someone who excels in Administration tasks and has an interest and/or experience in the world of real estate this could be the ideal role for you. Fixed Term Role  covering parental leave for 7 Months ending January 2025 Position: Branch Administrator  Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Location: Bayleys Mount Maunganui  As a Branch Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team with new listings, marketing activity and support across the entire sales process. This multifaceted position offers you the opportunity to take responsibility and really own the role to ensure the smooth running of the office. The fast-paced nature of this role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining composure and a sense of humour. Attributes we are looking for are: The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, including the sales team and Sales Manager, as well as externally with clients by promptly responding to inquiries. Utilise our CRM system (Property Suite) to manage listings and handle marketing administration for our Commercial sales team. Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft office suite including excel, teams and CRM/database systems.  Experience or an understanding of Real Estate is advantageous.
