Bookkeeper

You will report direct to Orchard Manager Or director.Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts by using computer systemProcessing paymentsConducting daily banking activitiesProducing various financial reportsIssue and verify financial statements and if any error rectifies or inform managementProvide information to the external accountant who creates the company's financial statements and GSTPurchase orders as requiredMaintain annual budgets and accounts and prepare reports of expendituresReconciling records such as bank statements.Issue invoices to customersEnsure the receivables are collected promptlyRecord cash receipts and make bank deposits and other duties as advised by manager or director.Other skills- You will be able to manage work load, time management, knowledge of data entry and attention to details.Candidate with knowledge of work will be able to work for 35-40 hours weekly.Job Type: Full-timePay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekSchedule:8 hour shiftMorning shiftWeekend availabilityAbility to commute/relocate:Tauranga, Bay of Plenty: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
