About the Role: This is a 12-month temporary role based in Grey Lynn, starting ASAP! We seek an organised, detail-oriented, self-starter for New Zealand's leading luxury golf travel agency. Your role as a travel planner means assisting our high-net-worth clients in planning and booking seamless golf vacations. Our client aims to deliver exceptional customer service, so communication skills are paramount. Client Interaction: In-person, video, and email communication. Customised Itinerary Creation: Create, design, and book high-touch travel itineraries for clients. Destination Knowledge: Responsible for researching, speaking to and about travel destinations. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the booking and travel process. Provide timely and practical solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Customer Service Excellence: Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations. Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of our services. About You: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
