The purpose of this position is to provide effective and efficient management of the Booking System / Booking List and to ensure a customer focused service to the patients and their families whilst providing administrative support to the Services.
Key requirements Prior experience in a fast-paced working environmentExceptional verbal & written communication skillsAwareness and understanding of patient confidentialityHigh attention to detailA good understanding of medical terminology & prior health care experience is desirable.
