Mo te turanga | About the role This position effectively contributes to the smooth running of the SBCS by providing an efficient and timely administrative support function that is responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service/organisation. The role involves optimal management and scheduling of all patient new and follow-up appointments, wait list management and outpatient clinic preparation. This role is heavily involved with administrative processes for the SBCS, and we're looking for someone who is 'on the ball' when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.
