We are one of NZ's original tourist destinations! The Legendary Black Water Rafting Co is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is enthusiastic about outdoor adventure and tourism to join their crew. We are looking for new crew members to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
The purpose of the role is toensure our customers have an "unforgettable holiday" by communicating and interacting with our guests to ensure they have appropriate knowledge of our products and meet their needs. The role is key to ensuring our customer's experience is exceptional. 
Key criteria for our winning candidate: Has the ability to cope with difficult people and situations by remaining respectful, polite and professional at all times.Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environmentExperienced in Outlook, Excel, and WordMust have experience with a current booking management system.Your responsibilities will include: Provide exceptional customer service.Maintain a current working knowledge of all Waitomo attractions products and services.Knowledge of the local area and wider North Island to assist clients with their general queries.Processes reservations from the counter, agents, coach companies and other groups and individuals.Maintain a current working knowledge of all special offers and promotions, understand the benefits and how to process them accurately.What we provide to you: You will experience all Waitomo attractions products and partnership products within one month of commencement in the role.Competitive PayOur products are fun, and our jobs are too.
