Continuing (permanent) position Part-time 7.5 hours (0.2 FTE) hours to be agreed with preferred candidate. Au Mahi | What You Will Do The role of BIC Administrator is to provide professional administration support and advice to the Manager of the Biomolecular Interaction Centre and provide administration services to researchers, students, and visitors of the Centre. The role will also support the promotion of the Centre by engaging in understanding the operations of the Centre and its staff and building proactive relationships. Mou | Who You Are To be successful, you will have: Significant (4+years') experience in an administrative role in a medium-large organisation. Experience in a Tertiary or large NZ Education organisation. Experience with diary management, meetings and minute taking. Previous experience in organising functions and events is ideal. You have proven attention to detail and can effectively prioritise, even while dealing with competing demands.
