Bim Manager

X4 ConstructionI am currently seeking a BIM Manager to join my client who work on a wide range of construction projects across Auckland. If you are a BIM professional who is confident working at BIM level 2 looking for the next step in your career then this may be the role for you.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Project Planning - project delivery within the set time and financial frame, from preliminary meetings with the costumer/architect, to tender preparation, structural designing, manufacturing, delivery and assembly
BIM 3D structural/architectural modeling and detailing (including load-bearing system defining, beam and column dimensioning, preparing detailed production drawing and on-site drawing)
Resource allocation and staff management - ensuring that all of the needed equipment (on site as well as off-site) and human resources are available throughout all building project stages
Budget and documentation management - financial planning and monitoring, documentation flow organizing, including compliance with regulations and contract assignments
Project optimization and development in line with customer requirements
Communication - project tender and progress presentations, regular meetings, daily management of the project off-site and on-site activities
Supervision and coordination of construction technical solutions of all building elements, on-site inspections of building site
