Beverage & Logistics Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Black Pineapple is on the hunt for a production manager! We are NZs best and biggest wholesale cocktail supplier and premium cocktail events caterer. Join us and lead the charge as we grow into a new production facility this year.  The right applicant must be an experienced leader with a passion for cocktails and a background in pre-batched drinks. It will be your job to assess orders and par levels, batch product, quality control, and maintain our National Program 3 license. We use a variety of software and digital tools to manage our stock and deliveries so the right person must be digitally literate. Salary is competitive and will grow as the business grows. Our team is made up entirely of ex-bartenders/bar managers who are mad about cocktails, so this role is a great step up for any bar or operations manager who wants to take the next step in their career and can handle the added responsibilities.
