Join a supportive & innovative values-based organisation that is committed to looking after its staff.This role involves:Development of behaviour plans, skill building and self-regulation strategiesSupporting people with a high and complex needs and behaviours of concernReviewing and supporting implementation of plans and interventionsProviding resource information, training and adviceReviewing and supporting implementation of plans and interventionsIdeally you will have:A tertiary qualification at Bachelors level (minimum), which may include Psychology or similarPrevious experience in supporting people with an intellectual disability or autism spectrum disorderExperience providing support using a positive behaviour support (PBS) approachWhilst the role is based at our head office in Greenlane, Auckland, you may be required to travel to services provided by Spectrum Care.
