The opportunity for you:

Their Centre of Excellence (based in Auckland) offers advanced learning pathways with a mix of face to face and online, including; personal development, technical skills and further education.
The role will include some late nights and weekends.
As a salesperson you’ll be responsible for:
Generating new business and creating opportunities for new customer recruitment and leads through; events, referrals, B2B, networking and leveraging the national marketing plan
Customer care and managing their Caci journey
Consulting customer on their concerns and recommended the best Treatment Plan/s for their needs
Achieving sales targets and customer conversions
Managing in-clinic events to generate interest in the clinic and future sales
Working as an integral part of the clinic
All about you:
We require a driven, passionate, tenacious salesperson who thrives under pressure, is confident, outgoing and willing.
You’ll need to be customer focused, with a can-do attitude, the ability to collaborate, work as a team and deliver results.
Caci stars are motivated by achievement, resilient, adaptable with high emotional intelligence, accountable and efficient with their time management and organisational skills.
You will have:
A minimum of 2 years in developing and driving either product or service-based sales, meeting set targets
A proven track record in achieving strong and consistent sales results
Polished and professional personal presentation
Outstanding interpersonal skills with excellent listening skills and strong empathy
High degree of computer literacy
A background or interest in skin and beauty would be an advantage; however the ability to consult with customers and deliver them the best Treatment Plan is most important.
This role is three days a week, 25.5 hours total. You must be eligible to work in NZ to apply.
