Beauty Salon Manager

We are a renowned beauty salon located in Rotorua city centre which provides wide range of services such as lash extension, lash lifting, wax, manicure, pedicure, facials and make over.
Currently we are looking for a beauty salon manager who can provide all kinds of beauty services to customers and managing the salon as well.
In this role the applicant should
at least 3 years of experience in beauty industry
understand our services and products.
must be able to train and recruit new beauty therapist /technician
extensive knowledge as a nail art technique and relevant nail technician license
good communication skills and the ability to deal with problems
able to advise to clients suitable products and services
cheerful and open minded attitude and the ability to work under high pressure
flexible to work at weekends sometimes
managing facilities including beauty equipments
other relevant managerial duties
