Beauty Clinic Receptionist Part Time Wellington Central (Mon, Tue, Wed And Thur Days)

This employer is looking for a bright, bubbly and reliable student with lots of stamina to carry out reception duties and co-ordinate the activities of this large and busy specialist beauty clinic located in central Wellington at a great location opposite Midland Park.You will be answering phones and handling cash as well as other tasks including coordinating clients, beauty therapists, and appointments using appointment book and point-of-sale software. It's important you are a naturally talkative, outgoing and friendly person who is definitely not shy and who loves chatting to and getting to know people of all ages and types. Previous experience in a Wellington retail environment is essential along with excellent, articulate communication skills.This role is very enjoyable and is a great fit for an undergraduate student doing mostly online learning because there are some "studying while working opportunities". It's a well established and stable job having been carried out by various students for the past 17 years. The role is not suitable for a graduate student who is no longer studying.The role is permanent part-time for 31.5 hours for four days per week and is part of a larger full-time role which has been split and is shared by other students.
