Our Client is a NZ financial services firm backed by a global brand, offering an exciting regional BDM opportunity to develop market share and client growth opportunities across Christchurch/Canterbury and wider SI regions.
As part of a national sales and relationship team, you'll enjoy a mix of work from office, home and on-the-road flexibility, whilst being well supported by an established Christchurch office and wider Head Office Auckland team.
THE ROLE Develop direct clients and dealer/intermediary relationshipsWide range of industries, customers and productsInnovative B2B financial services solutionsEvolving ESG strategies to meet customer goalsLead deal presentations and client tendersAs the sole BDM for the Sth Island, you'll enjoy autonomy to make this region your own success story, and a high degree of self-responsibility. A positive team attitude with great communication skills will be valued given you'll engage with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders. This role will enjoy strong deal referrals from an established intermdiary channel and wider client networks, in addition to being able to develop new leads.
We're seeking sales and business development expertise, preferably from within commercial finance, leasing, banking or similar business to business sales background from professional commercial or corporate industries.This role offers an attractive base salary, plus company vehicle and performance bonus.
