Bay Audiology Client Care Coordinator - Palmerston North Rover

Here at Bay Audiology, our mission is to help people rediscover the joy of hearing. We offer a range of services, including hearing tests, hearing device fitting and maintenance, and ongoing support and care for our clients.Our Client Care Coordinators provide the first interaction with clients on their hearing journey, so an exceptional client care experience is vital. We currently have a full time role as a Client Care Coordinator - Rover, this role could be based in either of our Palmerston North, Feilding or Whanganui clinics, working Mon-Fri ( This role requires supporting clinics in the wider Manawatu area so a full drivers license and own car is a must.Responsibilities for this role include; Providing gold standard client care Responding to client enquiries Appointment management Consumable sales and invoicing Conducting hearing screening checks Hearing device repairs and troubleshooting (Hearing screening and hearing aid repair experience is not necessary and full training is provided in these areas)Who we're looking for:We are seeking people with a passion for customer care and who thrive on making a difference in the lives of others.
