Mo te tunga | About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the New Zealand Defence College and be part of the Defence Learning Unit. NZDF is one of the largest employers delivering training and education across a variety of trades. No two days are the same for an Adult Learning Tutor! The main responsibilities of this role are to: * Develop and deliver one-on-one and group learning tuition in workplace literacy and numeracy. * Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in study skills, adult learning, cognitive development and communication skills. * Deliver lessons to NZDF personnel on Defence Force writing. * Provide support and advice to NZDF instructors to improve instructional practice. * Provide advice on education pathways. This role is based at Linton Military Camp. Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option for flexible working arrangements. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt.
