Barista/Bartender/Wait Staff

The Boat Shed Café is looking to fill various roles within the team. We have casual hours available for Barista’s, Bartenders and Wait Staff or if you possess all the skills, we have full time hours available!For all roles, you must:· Have excellent customer service and communication skills· Have a high level of personal and professional organisational skills· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards· Ability to operate the till & learn our reservations systemExperienced BaristaAdditional requirements· Ability to consistently serve perfect coffee dine in and takeaway and pour consistently high-quality latte art· Cleaning and clearing tables and keeping the counter space clean and functional· Serving tea, and preparing cocktails and iced beverages· be available both Saturday and SundayCocktail BartenderAdditional requirements· Taking the lead in developing the cocktail· Supervision of the bar· Assisting in stock management operations· Delivery of drinks to tables· Barista skills a bonus· Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong experience in a cocktail bar environment and a passion for delivering genuine hospitality.Experienced Wait Staff Additional requirements· Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role· Have experience working with tasting menu’s and wine pairings· Be able to competently manage a section of 7 tables· Be confident advising on food and wine offerings
